The Arena
The stories behind the scoreboard.
Athyleon takes the circle into the stadium. Sporting champions and business leaders, including TEDx speakers and founders who have pitched on Dragons' Den (BBC), share what the result really cost and what they would do again. Then members step into a challenge of their own, with the sportsmanship that goes with it.
The format
One stage. Two kinds of story.
A champion and a business leader, in front of a room that came to be challenged rather than entertained.
On stage
Champions
Preparation, pressure, recovery and the setbacks nobody saw. How performance is built when the whole world is watching.
On stage
Business leaders
The hire that failed, the deal that nearly broke them, the decision they delayed too long. Real numbers, told honestly.
CHALLENGE.
ENTERTAINMENT.
EVIDENCE.
Formats
Three ways into the Arena.
Arena Nights
A headline evening in a stadium. A champion and a business leader, one stage, one honest conversation, followed by questions from the floor.
The Challenge
Members take on a physical or performance challenge on the pitch, coached by professionals. Health, made tangible and shared.
The Dressing Room
A closed session for members only. Speakers join the circle for a hot-seat on a real decision, away from the crowd.
Why the Arena
Both wheels, in the same stadium.
Health you can feel
The challenge turns the Life wheel into something you do together, not something you mean to get round to.
Decisions you can learn from
Stories about hard calls, told with the facts that shaped them, give the circle new reference points.
A room worth joining
Members bring guests, meet speakers and build relationships that carry into every session.
