Life & Work
Two wheels. Score them honestly.
Rate each area from 1 to 10, where 10 means very satisfied. Drag the sliders or tap the wheel. Health leads the Life wheel for a reason. The read-out below shows how the two wheels are pulling on each other.

Why health leads
If you don’t look after your health, you will be forced to look after your illness.
A business that needs everything from its leader eventually takes it. Athyleon treats health as the first number on the plan, reviewed with the same discipline as cash flow.
The Plan
From scores to a plan you can measure.
Your wheels become the front page of your Athyleon Strategic Plan. Each one gets a vision statement, a small number of goals and the measures that prove progress.
What is coming
Forward indicators that tell you next month before it arrives, like pipeline or booked training sessions.
What happened
The results from last month: revenue, margin, resting heart rate, days fully off.
How it feels now
A weekly heartbeat for the business and for you, captured in two minutes.
The First 90 Days
Start with the finish line.
Every member names a Podium Moment: the result, on either wheel, that would make the year worth celebrating. The first 90 days are built backwards from it.
Align
- Set your Podium Moment for the year
- Score both wheels and write both vision statements
- Share the direction with your team and test their alignment
Improve
- Find the two biggest bottlenecks and pilot a fix
- Move one recurring decision off your desk
- Lock in a weekly health and recovery routine
Prove
- Hit the first milestone on time and on budget
- Close one capability gap in the team
- Report progress on both wheels to the circle
Values at Home
The Life wheel includes the people it is for.
Members can take a family values framework home: a shared vision, a handful of values defined in behaviour, and a simple filter for big decisions.
What do you want your family to be known for?
Agree the atmosphere you want at home and the legacy you want to leave, in one sentence everyone recognises.
What does each value look like on a Tuesday?
Choose five to ten values and define each by the behaviour that shows it, the behaviour that breaks it, and how you will reinforce it.
Before a big decision, ask:
- Does it fit what we value?
- Will it strengthen us or strain us?
- Is it good for our long-term wellbeing?
- Are we choosing from fear or from judgement?
- Will we be proud of it in five years?
Keep it alive.
A short weekly check-in covering wins, challenges and plans, and a quarterly review of which values you are living well.
The Invitation
Run both wheels with the same discipline.
Your scores come with you to the application, so the first conversation starts with the facts.
