Private rooms across London, an arena where elite sport meets business, and a standing expectation that members do the thing they have been avoiding. The point is not only a more profitable company. It is a leader with the resilience and grit to keep building one.
Where we meet
Sessions run in private rooms across the City, Canary Wharf and the West End, with members choosing the location that suits the cohort.

Translated into your leadership, your team and the decisions on your desk.
Every session ends with what changes on Monday, and who owns it.
Challenge yourself
The mastermind exists to push members past the thinking that got them here. That means saying the thing out loud, taking the stage, writing the book, making the pitch, and doing the work you have been putting off because it might not go well.

Members have taken an idea from a session to a TEDx stage. We help shape the argument and rehearse it until it holds.

Writing forces clarity. Members have turned hard-won experience into books that now open doors for them.

A member pitched on national television. The room tested the numbers and the story first.
Resilience & grit
A wide canopy on a shallow root system comes down in the first bad storm. The businesses that last are rarely the fastest out of the gate or the loudest in the room. They simply have more underneath them than you can see.
The circle works on the roots as hard as the canopy, because profit built on a leader who is running on empty does not survive the first hard year.
The room follows up. A commitment made in September is still on the agenda in December, whether or not it went well.
Cash, health and support are built before they are needed, so a setback costs you a quarter rather than the company.
Plenty of people build something impressive and lose their health or their people getting there. That is not a win here.
